If you prefer to manage your own DNS you can find the IP address for your site by clicking on the “Click here for instructions to do this” link in Step 1 of the image above. This will expand the page to show you the following:
At your registrar, add the A records for both the www and root (@/non-www) versions of your domain. You will have 4 A records total for a round robin configuration. This helps ensure that your site is always available for users.
To open a new help desk ticket, just login to your control panel at my.pressable.com, click on the name of the site you need assistance with.
