We know that sometimes you will have questions and/or problems in which you need to submit a ticket. We make it very simple to do so. The best way to do this is to log into your my.pressable.com control panel for the site that your question. You will see a a text box like what you see below. Just simply enter your question there and click “Submit Help Request” and that will send it right over to us. We will usually respond to your tickets within 24 hours from Monday-Friday. We have a skeleton crew on the weekends so respond times to you ticket may vary then.
