At this time Pressable does not provide email hosting. However, if you’re using our name servers you may use the email provider of your choice with your domain.
Email from Rackspace, GoDaddy Workspace, and G Suite:
Log in to your MyPressable Control Panel and select a site.
Next, scroll to the Mail Settings and click the button for your provider.
That’s it, we’ve just assigned the correct DNS settings to your domain.
Important note about GoDaddy: The quick settings are for the GoDaddy Workspace product. This product is no longer offered by GoDaddy and all new email accounts are Office 365 accounts. If you’re not sure which type of account you have check the MX records. If they point to secureserver.net you have a Workspace account. You may also reach out to GoDaddy’s support to ask.
Other Email Provider
If your email provider is not any of the ones listed, contact Pressable support with your DNS settings and we’ll get you sorted.
Keeping existing Email setup with an A Record:
If you currently have email setup and can keep your DNS at the existing provider it is recommended that you update your A record with them. You can get your IP address for this from the Site Setting’s page under the “Launch Your Site” section. Click on the link for “Click here for instructions to do this” and the page will expand to reveal your IP address as shown below:
Changing your A record will also result in a faster move to Pressable since full DNS propagation is not required.
