You may reach out by logging into MyPressable at https://my.pressable.com. Once logged in click on the Contact Support link found in the Help menu at the top of the page:
If you’re having trouble logging into MyPressable we suggest resetting your password from the MyPressable login page.
Chatting With Us
After clicking the Contact Support link you’ll be taken to our support contact page. When support staff is available to take your chat you’ll be presented with two options.
The first is to open a chat, the second, to open a ticket. To start a chat select the type of help you need and then the site you need help with from the dropdowns. Once you’re done click on the blue Start Live Chat button and you’ll see the chat box appear and be connected to an agent.
Note, that when chat is closed you’ll see just the ticket form. See Submitting an Email Ticket below for more information on tickets.
A second way to start a chat is the blue Chat with Us! link in the bottom right of your screen. Clicking the button will start a chat instantly.
With either method the chat will follow you around MyPressable. It currently is not available as part of your WordPress Administration or on the front end of your site. We recommend keeping your site open in another tab for WordPress help.
Submitting an Email Ticket
After clicking on Help > Contact support you’ll always be given the option to submit a ticket. When chat is open the option will appear below the blue Start Live Chat button. When chat is closed you’ll just see the ticket form:
After selecting what you need help with and which site you’re working on from the dropdowns type your message. When you’re finished click on Submit Help Request to submit your ticket.
As an alternative way to submit a ticket, you may click the Settings tab next to your site on the main MyPressable page.
Then from the right hand Need Help? box enter your message. When finished crafting your message click the Submit Help Request button to send it our way.
Our core support hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 10pm, Central with live chat offered from 8am – 8pm Central.
If you need help outside of these hours, you’re in luck! We still have agents available to help at other hours and during the weekend, but staffing is not as robust as during the week.
